The eligibility criteria for membership are as follows:

 1. Individual Members: Those who agree with the purpose of the Association, are at least 18 years old, have special attainments or achievements in the field related to smart electric vehicles, or are engaged in related professional workers, fill in the application for membership, and after being reviewed and approved by the Council and paying the membership dues, they will be individual members.

2. Group Members: All public or private institutions or organizations that agree with the purpose of the Association, and are interested in the field of smart electric vehicles, fill in the application for membership, and after the Council reviews and approves it, and pays the membership fee, the group member and the group member shall appoint one representative to exercise the rights of membership.

3. Permanent Individual Member: Those who meet one of the following conditions shall fill in the application form for membership and pay the ten-year annual membership fee, and become a permanent individual member with the approval of the Council.

(1) Those who have made significant contributions to the smart electric vehicle industry.

(2) Former executive director or executive supervisor.

4. The outgoing President will automatically become a permanent member after retiring because he appreciates his contribution to the Alliance.

5. Sponsoring Members: Individuals or groups who agree with the purpose of the Association and sponsor the funds and resources of the Association shall fill in the application form for membership and be approved by the Council after being reviewed and approved by the Council.
